Beautifully designed in and out! The parking was so smooth (and a flat $10 rate which is really fair in DTLA!) staff were all friendly and helpful. The hall is designed perfectly, most seats had great view and no one blocking you. I loved their merch shop too. Overall a must visit esp for music lovers

Nice acoustics and even though in the center front balcony area, the views were great! What was nice about the balcony seating was that it had an outdoor patio/deck area that gave you a cool perspective on the architecture

Architecturally unique and imposing building that stands out among the rest in Grand avenue, LA. Pictures don't do justice to the amazing building style, it has to be experienced visually. Wavy, curvy, dominating, streamlined flow etc ., are some of the words that come to one's mind when you are in front of it. Exterior architecture is simply magnificent . There's a small cafe. The concert hall is beautiful too. Tickets to the shows are usually available even on a weekend so feel there is no need to buy in advance. Parking is not free but cheap. I paid $10 for more than 6 hrs. Parking spaces are a bit tight but there are plenty of spaces available so one can find a good spot for a big or medium sized car. Access to the parking lot from the inside of the building is smooth and easy.
